Kill Two Birds With One Stone: Order A Pizza Made With Alcohol! Alcohol Soaked Pizzas!

According to WCVB.com, a local Boston pizzeria is now serving up an adults-only pizza, with plans to add two more adults-only pizzas this October.

You know what that means. Well, in this case, adults-only implies alcohol is involved!

Without skipping ahead, the two additional adults-only pizzas will feature Kalua-merinated pork, and Rum-infused peaches.

Salvatore’ is the name of the pizzeria that has created the alcohol-related buzz; pun intended. It’s a local neighborhood Boston pizzeria that chose this new approach to increase customer traffic and pizza sales, not to mention “jazz up the pizzas”.

With that said, Salvatore’s Vignola Cherry pizza was created. The pizza comes with fresh mozzarella, gorgonzola, prosciutto, honey and raspberry soaked Vodka cherries.

Although Salvatore’s does card customers that order the alcohol-soaked pizzas, according to Salvatore’s owner, it would take a minimum of three pizzas before one acquires an alcohol-related buzz. People, that is a whole lot of pizza, not to mention vodka, rum or kalua! I would if the calories and carbohydrates are worth it?!
