James Bowen defines his life in two phases; before Bob and after Bob.  Before Bob, James was a heroin addict and a rough sleeper.  When he first got clean, Bob came to his doorstep, injured and needing his help.  Today, James credits Bob with helping him maintain his recovery.  The duo just published a book, "A Street Cat Named Bob."

    Singer El DeBarge Arrested For Drugs

    El DeBarge, nominated for a Grammy in 1985, was arrested for a drug deal in broad daylight. According to Reuters.com, he was busted by undercover cops after doing a drug deal in the open. Police found drugs in the area he was standing, although they have not yet disclosed what type of drugs were found.
